Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality organic spices and pure ghee products to our customers in a safe and timely manner. Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or phone. We ensure that all products are hygienically packed and securely sealed before dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. However if you receive a product that is-

  • ​Damaged during transit

  • Leaking 

  • Incorrect

  • Defective  

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product. After verification, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution as applicable.​
